Job Description

Doha Contact Centre is hiring for Customer Services Agents to be part of their 5-star team. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Services Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Arabic and French-speaking customers while also assisting English-speaking customers. You will provide excellent service to Qatar Airways customers through different channels of communication such as telephone, email and web chat. You will ensure that customer satisfaction is optimized in every interaction whilst working closely with the team to deliver top-quality customer service.

  • Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English)
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Qualifications Required

  • High School Qualification with 1 year of job-related experience in Customer Services
  • Relevant experience in GDS System (Amadeus) is an added advantage.
